Refund & Warranty

Your trust is our priority, which is why we follow a clear policy:

  • Refunds: Customers are entitled to a refund if we fail to deliver the service within the specified timeframe or if there is a defect in the digital product that we cannot fix.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Refunds cannot be issued for services that have already started (e.g., follower growth) or once a digital code has been activated.

  • Refill Policy: For social media services, we provide a "Refill" for services that include a warranty in case of a drop in numbers during the warranty period.
